Validity:
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase for the amount
specified.
Delivery:
Vouchers are issued by post, to the address specified at time of purchase
and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject
to the purchaser's preference. If the address that your voucher will
be sent to is different to the billing address please email: louise@louisenevin.com,
the address you would like your voucher sent to.
Making a Booking with a Gift Voucher:
Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance via telephone or by e-mail
and are subject to availability. Bookings can be made by calling: 085
1650798 or e-mail: louise@louisenevin.com. At time of booking, vouchers
must be specified as the method of payment, by quoting the voucher reference
number and the corresponding voucher must then be presented on arrival
at your session.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Vouchers
are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part
for cash of any amount. The policy in relation to appointments made
with gift vouchers, which are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice,
is that they will be charged for as if attended and invoiced to the
client. All cancellations must be made by direct telephone call only
to your coach on: 085 1650798, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm
i.e. if you need to cancel an appointment made for a Tuesday it must
be made by the Friday beforehand. This is to accommodate scheduling
and bookings for clients waiting on a session. If more than 48 hours
notice by direct telephone is received the booking will be rescheduled,
subject to availability.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any vouchers either
lost or stolen cannot be replaced.

Appointments |

Evening
appointments fill up fast so most people book a week or two in advance,
morning & afternoon sessions are more flexible and for those with
work commitments during the week, Saturday appointments also available.
Bookings
are by appointment and available at the following locations:
- Clients
can also meet for coaching in their place of work or hotels, which
can be more convenient for travel and time arrangements.
- Telephone
coaching is also available for clients outside the Dublin area, where
it is not feasible or possible to meet face to face.
