Louise has a strong business background with over ten years corporate and commercial experience in financial services working in the areas of learning & development, project management, customer care, sales & marketing, customer relationship management and business start-up. Prior to this she worked as a fashion designer developing her creative expertise with high street retailers and the corporate wear industry. Louise also continues to utilise her artistic flair as a videographer on location shoots for the wedding industry and coaches wedding industry suppliers.

Louise believes that healthy living has a positive impact on our wellbeing. Diagnosed as a Coeliac at 10 months, Louise has lived on a gluten-free diet all her life. She understands the many frustrations and setbacks newly diagnosed Coeliacs go through and the stressful and emotional changes that take place. Louise embraces the gluten-free diet and benefits from a healthy lifestyle. She supports and encourages people who are feeling unsure about how to adjust to life changing circumstances.
